1. eat sushi
2. bend over from the waist without bending my knees
3. look down and see my feet
4. put my shoe straps back on a size other than the biggest
5. lay on my stomach
6. roll over without sitting up in bed
7. wear pants with a button and a zipper
8. drink through a straw without holding the cup at an angle
9. take a deep breath
10. get out of the car in less than 5 minutes
