registries

last saturday matt and i spent the bulk of our day making our baby registries at babies r us and target.

it was a lot of fun but also very overwhelming. why are there SO MANY things to choose from? like a hundred different bottles and pacifiers and bibs and diapers and everything else. do such little people really need so many choices?? i'm not sure they do yet, but i will let you know for sure in a few months.

we had a really positive experience at babies r us minus the whole being clueless factor. the people were nice and everyone kept asking if we needed any help, which some of the time we accepted. target (my very favorite store in the world by the way) was a different story. we went to the harbison target (definitely not my favorite store) and they were just not helpful at all. so it's a pretty small registry for now.

i must say, i enjoyed making our wedding registry more. it was much easier. but i'm so excited to have little baby evan that it was way worth all of the hours and standing around staring at all the choices!
